Returns: For obvious reasons, returns of custom-made products are only possible in case of our error since they are made to your measurements. Note that fabric colors may vary slightly (up to 10%). We take special care to ensure that the products presented in our store reflect reality as closely as possible. Product photos are presented to give an illustrated impression of a product; they do not represent the final version of the product to be delivered, as it is defined by the options and colors you have chosen. Photos are non-contractual.
Delivery fees: A flat rate of 11 euros per item is applied for standard shipping, and delivery is free for orders equal to or exceeding 319 euros. The buyer also has the option to contact our site for express delivery according to the chosen formula, with applicable transportation costs.
